The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new appliances, stocked cookware, utensils, and essentials, along with a coffee maker, mugs, kettle, wine glasses, and an opener. All bedrooms feature plush linens, cozy pillows, ceiling fans, bedside lamps, and thoughtful décor. A washer and dryer are located near the bedrooms, and detergent is provided.
Enjoy access to a pool, hot tub, fire pit lounge, outdoor games, and a 24/7 gym. There is a $10 fee per guest after 6 guests.

Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by 10 am or by the agreed-upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, ending at 7 am. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; there is a $250 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out; there are dumpsters within the community you can put your trash in before leaving.
