Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and groups that are deceitful about the use of the house will be charged a $250 surcharge and asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors or in the community, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it.
