Water is always off
Living here has meant near-constant water outages with minimal communication. In the 10 months I’ve lived here, water has been shut off at least 7 times — often for 12+ hours, sometimes with no notice at all. Just this week we had outages two days in a row (7/17 and 7/19), the second starting at 7:30 AM with no warning.
Management typically doesn’t tell residents in advance, doesn’t give updates on duration, and is unresponsive when you try to get information during an outage. The frequency... suggests the underlying plumbing problems are never actually being fixed, just patched — and will likely keep happening.
If reliable water service matters to you, think twice before signing here.
