It has a shared living room, full kitchen,... laundry unit with a dryer and a washer, patio, and a covered parking space to be like home :) It's clean, cozy and safe since it's in a gated community. Each mattress is protected with a bug proof cover. RO water system was installed to provide healthy and convenient essential needs for my tenants. The window glasses are tinted to provide better privacy and reduce UV penetration.
The rent is for one bedroom. Wifi is included. Electricity and WiFi will be split between two tenants. Conditions apply.
