Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Guests must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and a $150 fee for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.
