Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 to 7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8 to 29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more.

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the apartment that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security.
