The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know beforehand. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, and 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
