Quiet hours are observed daily between 10pm and 8am. Any noise complaints or violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. There is a strict no-party policy; any parties or events/gatherings will result in the police being called and everyone being removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice required. A $500 late check-out fee will be imposed for delayed checkouts. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 replacement fee, and key fob replacements will cost $150. All guests must choose between a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 nonrefundable damage waiver through a secure Hospitality Guest Portal after booking. The damage waiver covers minor accidental damages up to $150. Smoking-related damage, missing items, and major damage are not covered under the damage waiver.
