If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the units to measure noise levels in decibels; tampering with them will result in a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guests must be 23 years of age or older and local bookings are not accepted. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours advance notice. A $500 late check-out fee will apply. Regular pest control is conducted at the property.
