If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are bringing a pet(s) without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in the unit. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $500 fee.
