With its ideal location close to different attractions, there are many options for getting around the area.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this smoke-free environment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and a lost key fob incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
