The unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with the master bathroom... adjoined to the master bedroom. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet that work well.

The HOA covers the community landscaping, community maintenance, pest control, water, sewer and trash so those are included in the rent cost. Also, the community has a pool and jacuzzi available as well as additional laundry facility (pay to use), if ever needed.

The tenant will need to maintain power service (APS) in their name. The internet and any TV programming/service would be the tenant's responsibility, if wanted.
