If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refund. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without notice due to necessary maintenance, incidents, or at the discretion of the building/community.
