If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
