If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, if you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. If a pet defecated and it was not picked up after, there is an applicable $500 fine per occurrence. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
