No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you.
