Horrible place don’t move here

There is trash everywhere including dirty kitty litter, melted ice cream on the pavement, and human fences smelled on the wall of the shared air cooler system. The apartments all have untreated termites everywhere. The neighbors are so unruly and loud without any management or police doing anything about it. All the apartments smell like cigarettes and marijuana all the time since every apartment shares the vents. It’s a smoke free, drug free complex in theory; however, it’s been like this since… day one. Apartments have 6+ people living in them with tons of broken down vehicles littering the parking lot so you will have to park far away. Lastly, the balconies have rotted wood with thick coats of paint. Move here if you like paying for the worst complex in Tempe with unsafe environments and people!

Not really worth it

The place smells like smoke like crazy, the pool is nice, but every apartment has a pool; this one just has another pool filled in with dirt. The property manager is kind, but his employees act like they hate any tenant who walks in. Parking is free, which is a plus; it's a roof over your head, I guess. roaches like crazy; they shut the water off for hours at a time without any heads-up emails (especially when you are getting ready for school or work, omg). It's an apartment, and the lease terms… are OKAY at best. My biggest peeve is how dark and depressing the units are, a tiny window in your room with no ceiling fan or lights, but the living room has a HUGE window to let any neighbor walking by stare straight in, where there isn't even a possibility of sun shining through, just for the neighbors to look inside pretty much. Got a noise complaint with a mandatory fee because I was warned 'several times,' although NOBODY had communicated to me in any form. It was eventually dropped, but the staff treated me like trash, saying I was lying and didn't know what I was talking about.

DONT MOVE HERE

I currently live here would give zero stars if I could. A/C is never working. They don’t send staff to help or take care of anything. It’s 86 degrees inside my apartment with AC on high and all fans on AND a portable AC. Roaches. A living construction site that never improves. Police always here and smells like cigarettes everywhere you go. Breaking my lease as soon as I can. Claims they have all these new improvements with new ownership it’s a scam.
