Positives: My unit is nice and the overall location is good and within walking distance of a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The underground parking is convenient. The main swimming pool is nice and cold. The property manager is nice and was helpful when I had an issue retrieving my mail.
Negatives: Deliveries cant be made after the office closes, as drivers have no access to the inside or mail room. Hot spas are non functional, and apparently have been for months. This is my 3rd week... here and I regret leasing here because of this.

leasing office communication could be better. transparency about the pool situation would’ve been appreciated. the elevators don’t always work but luckily i can do stairs.

It was always nice and pleasant to live here. It is a very beautiful and clean community. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. I specifically love the pool and gym area.
