You will lose your packages here. The mailroom management is a mess, and I've now tempered my expectation for my packages to go missing. In addition, water often leaks, and there are occasions where the fire department has been called multiple times in more than a day. The garbage bins are constantly overflowing, and the elevators were down for several weeks.

Moved in a month ago and there has been an active roach infestation. Pest control came three times and it has only gotten worse.

It's been three weeks since I have moved in. So far the experience has been amazing. I remember coming across an issue while our move-in but the situation was handled really well and patiently by the front desk official. The halls and the rooms over here are well maintained with few minor issues which was also resolved when we had put in our requests for the fixes. Big balconies makes the place feel more homely. The location of this apartment complex is great as well, all the restaurants and... grocery stores are just at walking distance. Additionally, the streetcar accessibility is amazing, all you got to do is get down and the streetcar station is right there at few seconds of walk. So far my experience at Nexa has been amazing, I'm hoping that it stays like that and I get to enjoy my time here.
