Don't bother

So this place is pretty bad. You think it'll be nice but constant construction, gun shot, fireworks, explosions, barking dogs, ability to hear your neighbors life, you can hear when they watch TV, talk or shut a door. The pet policy is a joke. And leaf blowers are your morning alarm clock at 5-6. Don't recommend. Just find a town house to rent

Bottom-Line: NOT Worth It

Bottom-line: nice location, but you can do so much better for the prices they are charging. Never underestimate how bad management can affect you even post-moveout; you are taking a big risk trusting your money and housing to these hacks. So if you are interested in paying top dollar for a ratty, poorly-maintained apartment in a rough part of town AND you would like to pay to upgrade your sub-par lodgings for the next resident who gets suckered in here, I would highly recommend it! For everyone… else? Stay far away.

Horrible place! Do not move here. You will never get deposit back. They charged for everything : for not existing damages , carpet , microwave , drip pants. They use your deposit to buy a new appliances ! I cleaned apartment for 6 hours thinking they will give me deposit back but I was so wrong. Take a pictures before you move out just because they dumping people and making them to pay for not existing problems. The maintenance rude and very unfriendly. Very bad experience.
