New management is great!
I have lived here for nearly seven years. Since the new owners took over about 3 years ago, it has only become better year after year.
Marie is simply great! As someone who always felt at best indifferent towards property management, it is genuinely refreshing to have pleasant interactions with the owners and staff. There isn’t a time where I felt burdensome requesting maintenance for our apartment. Anytime we have, Marie has responded promptly if not resolving the issue that day then ... communicating the estimated timeline.
I moved to the area while I attended classes at the Tempe campus and it is a mere eight minutes bike ride (~12 minutes on long board) from the complex. It is a 10 minute walk to Mill Avenue and Tempe Townlake. We tend to be especially grateful living here when we don’t have to find/pay for parking for events like Innings Festival or Oktoberfest.
Lastly, the apartment itself is affordable compared to other asking prices. They are always improving the units themselves or the amenities on the complex. The main bedroom is fairly big with the secondary bedroom a perfect size for an office space or guest room. I am happy to give them a five star review!
