Flexible lease terms, 3 month minimum.

$7000 due at lease signing. This includes a $6250 refundable security deposit, a $750 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a $250 non-refundable leasing fee. First month's rent due at move-in. Electric, gas, water, sewer, trash will be charged back monthly based on usage.

We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all tenants will be screened for credit, past evictions, and criminal history.
