absolutely not

Do not do it. This place will run you for your money & it will be the WORST apartment you’ll get. Would give -23 stars if I could.

Roach infested

Do not move in unless you want to live with roaches. The entire building is infested and the company they hire doesn't do anything about it. Multiple things would break and maintenance would stop by and close out the work order but wouldn't actually be finished with the job. We would have to submit a new work order to get them to complete the first one. This happened to the toilet, sink, dish washer. The parking is limited at night so you have to park on the street. Some of the porches aren't… private. Kids on the playground would run around our porch and throw rocks at the windows or doors. It's unsafe

Agave Twenty Two

This apartment on 22nd Street is as expected. Many residents smoke fentanyl, and there are mini homeless camps in vehicles. Police are often called for domestic disturbances. The staff is unhelpful and seem focused on extracting extra money from tenants. The maintenance team is friendly and quick but spends most of their time cleaning up after residents and their pets, who don't follow the rules.

I highly recommend Agave at Twenty Two as an excellent place to live! The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and affordable. The leasing office staff is friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance staff is fantastic, friendly, and hardworking; they promptly resolve any issues. Special thanks to Maritza, Gino, Maria, Dustin, Art, Gerry, and Alfredo for making it a wonderful place to call home!

I like it here

I like it here. I just signed my lease for my fourth year. I really like my apartment and the management has helped me when I have a I’ve had a problem. It feels like a friendly community and everyone is very nice. I have made friends her. It is a community family at a reasonable price for what is offered.
