    Never got my lease right, chased my money every single month

    If you want headaches then this is the place for you. With a revolving door of property managers, management companies, maintenance staff, leasing agents, nobody ever knows what’s going on. It’s not maintained to any standard, and you will end up chasing your money no matter what you sign. These people don’t pay attention to anything but taking your money. Much nicer units at lower prices in surrounding areas… do not move here.
