Absolutely love our apartment! The amenities are always so clean & our neighbors are very respectful. It’s very quiet and access to The Loop is very nice!

This is a great place to live. The community is friendly, and so are the staff. The amenities are great, and the service is responsive. Filling out the feedback is hard because there's really nothing to criticize!

Parking issues, this wasn't our first experience and this keeps happening also all over the apartment complex, someone parked on our reserved parking spot, we weren't able to park on our spot and giving us trouble to where to park our car. Called service hotline who couldnt help either, called towing service who said they needed an approval first which wont happen since its night time and the office is closed. I thought there was a 24hr security in the complex. Otherwise the management staff are... friendly and professional, i just hope they find a way to solve this parking issues as this is getting frustrating to the residents. Thanks

Cortland on the Loop has been a better complex than my previous living arrangements. In general, the place is secure, clean, and updated. I would like to see maintenance step up their cleanliness and promptness, but otherwise I have few complaints.
