Leasing office staff are friendly pros who always get it done. I've never had issues with communication or getting help when needed. The
maintenance staff and grounds keepers are always helpful and attentive. One of the best apartment complexes I've lived in.

management is terrible. they frequently don't answer the phone or respond to emails and so nothing gets done unless you talk to them in person (snd they're not even always there when the office hours are "open"). supposedly has all these amenities but washers and dryers are often broken for weeks, pool and gym are frequently closed. no option for packages to be received. gate is broken and remains open a few times a year at least. i had a few appliance issues that got a "quick fix" but it only... hurts ver lasted for a few weeks at most. some of the office employees seem nice, but the manager is very condescending despite never being the one to show her face in the office. she doesn't even know the community she runs. will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. We have a shuttle that takes us to and from school, pool, workout room and party areas. The views are great and the weather is the best. This is my first apartment so my. On also like the security system each apartment has. The rent is not to bad I guess but it's hard when your only making minimum wage so free rent would be great.
