DO NOT MOVE HERE ROACHES!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here. This place is an absolute nightmare, and I genuinely regret ever signing a lease.
The ROACH PROBLEM alone should be enough to scare anyone away. It doesn’t matter how clean you are—they are everywhere. Seeing bugs in your own living space becomes a normal, daily occurrence, which is disgusting and unacceptable for any apartment, especially at the price they charge. It’s clear this is a building-wide issue that is not being properly handled.
On top of... that, because of how old the property is, the water is constantly being shut off for repairs. It feels like there’s always some kind of maintenance going on, and you can’t rely on having basic necessities like running water consistently.
Management is just as bad, if not worse. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when problems come up. You can report issues and either wait forever for a response or never get a real solution at all. Once they have you locked into a lease, they couldn’t care less about what you’re dealing with.
Amenities are either nonexistent or never finished—there’s still no gym, which is ridiculous considering what you’re paying. The apartments also have a weird, lingering smell that sticks to your clothes and makes it uncomfortable to even be in your own space.
Safety is another huge concern. There are often homeless individuals around the property, and the gates are constantly broken or left open, so there’s little to no sense of security.
The condition of the property is nowhere near what they advertise. It looks decent at first, but you quickly realize how poorly everything is maintained. Things break, issues pile up, and nothing is handled with any urgency.
Living here is stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly embarrassing. You don’t feel at ease in your own home, which defeats the entire purpose of having one.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration look literally anywhere else. This place is not worth it.
