Do not rent here
Where do I begin? They are doing a remodel of the outside, its taken months just to do one section / building. It seems like they only have 2-3 workers doing the drywall and painting and half the time they aren't even there. This remodel is a mess and if the company cared about their tenants peace and quiet and environment they would have a whole team working on getting the complex finished. As other reviews mention.. there is construction equipment, wood and scaffolds everywhere and covering... tenants windows and patios (is this even safe / legal?) not only does it look tacky but it is an inconvenience. They also let tenants pile their flower pots and trash in front of other peoples windows without any care in the world! The parking lot has pot holes and cracks everywhere! please think about hiring more workers so your tenants can live in a nice complex

Horrible
Been here just over 1 month. Completely disgusted. No hot water in the bathroom yet. Bugs crawling around the empty cabinets before we could even unpack. Management HAS NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED OUR WORK ORDER FROM A MONTH AGO. Horrible place. Obviously management and maintenance is terrible. I do not recommend.

Roaches!
I moved in place was not clean. Roach crap in cupboards. Told me can't exterminator for 5 days. All I did was kill Roaches for 5 days. They didn't care. Would not compensate me. Still killing Roaches a week later. The staff and owner do not care. Do not rent here unless you like Roaches. I will leave place same way I found dirty. Probably still have Roaches.

Do not, I repeat do not live here
Water off frequently turns hot cold instantly! ?? shabby repairs complaints fall on deaf ears. My apt covered with cement dust after a water repair and refused to compensate for cleaning!

Place is beautiful and spacious. The staff is friendly and proffessional. Best of all all utilities included. A Godsend when your on a budget.
