Excessive Water Outages & Water Leaks

My water bill has went up on average of $50 a month due to all the multiple water leaks. One time the water was off for a total of four days with only cold water after 8 pm. This place is a joke and the only beautiful thing they had going is now also being destroyed. I see they're cutting all the trees down, now my balcony and front porch looks like a blinding inferno. It's someone new every-time you go in the office and they can only keep one consistent maintenance man. Go somewhere else, Trust… Me!!!

The management is super nice and usually gets back to you on a timely manner. The staff is really understand and wants to help you out. The apartments them self’s have really nice space and layout. The only issue my family has had at both apartments at River oaks is leaks and stuff break easily, they eventually will repair it but the leaks came back(I had a top floor and moved due to leaks, so we moved to a bottom floor and the ac leaks even when off.)

River oaks apartments are really quiet I have had zero issues living here.the grounds are well maintained.The staff are friendly as well as the maintenance. Location is great because most stores are within walking distance (not that I walk to the stores) I would definitely recommend river oaks apartments. Oh the only bad is the water does get shut off a lot due to water leaks the apartment manager is always on top of it. It can be a little irritating not anyone's fault you can't control when… things break down.
