Don't trust them!!

I was in good standing with La Lomita for 2 years and moved out on good terms when I moved into a house. I did not hear a word from them for over a year until someone from a collections agency called me saying I owed La Lomita $243. I called them and the lady said she would try to dig out my file and see what that could be from. She never called back. I tried several times to call and talk to the manager who I have always gotten along with. Could not get a hold of her. They have never… contacted me about anything and tonight I discovered because of their fraudulent claim my credit score took a hit and will be making it harder for me to buy a house. They have negatively impacted my families future and have still not called me once in 15 months to inform me of any outstanding balance. Up to this point I have held the place in high regard and even recommended it to several people looking for an affordable place to live. Not sure who would make an effort to ruin the credit of someone who paid on time or early for over 2 years and not have the decency to call them and tell them why.

It's okay

Not bad for the price everything works and people are nice the main flaws are no dishwasher or in unit washer and dryer plus the walls are pretty thin

Thank you for the review! We continuously strive to grow along with the chain of demand. Our dishwashers are in select units and you are able to give us your preference, if you would like one in your home. As for the Washer and dryer, we do have a… Laundry facility which allows you to wash multiple loads at once. The Laundry facility also has newer washers that allow you to wash big duvets. Have a wonderful day!

It's the most quiet and peaceful place with the beautiful sunsets to all the desert wildlife in the back its such a laid back nice place to live.
