They don't know what they're doing. Former neighbor was given eviction notice even though she paid four months in advance. They're still charging me even though my lease expired may 31st and I gave a 60 day notice, and turned in my keys. The whole year was problem after problem. If you rent here you open yourself to many problems.

The apartment was vary dirty and not all appliances were connected properly. My shower head was not even connected nor shower curtain rod on. It was found in bedroom floor . The A/C dial setting is not even working because it is broken so we just guess at setting. The place is digging up unknown to my knowledge today. Im thinking plumbing bad because are toilet does not work properly. The residents follow like there lost . Not to mention my patio is so dirty I had to fix my screen door myself... which I found on patio floor .I find people working on there vehicles on parking lot. Even measure carpet in parking lot floor not following proper sanitized guidelines of the virus worldwide. I sanitized my apartment prior to my family move in fixing, cleaning what I could still I have a hole in upstairs closet hoping monsoon season does not damage apartment. But the apartment does have new nice flooring and the property has vary good bright outside security lights For the safety.

I'M a tenant here currently and I must very say I have noticed alot of changes going on here which is refreshing the management team is really handling business staying on top of work orders too in a timely manner. It's Nice to see Security alot at night . enjoying the quiet evenings again is great. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with Bella Vista, it is a calm place to live at. Office staff are great, they make you feel welcomed. Looking forward to living here for a while.

We are very happy at Bella Vista. It has been greatly improved since AZ 1st Realty took over!! We feel a lot more comfortable and safe. It is much more clean and the maintenance is very efficient and fast in getting our work orders done!! The entire staff is approachable and never make you feel like you are bugging them.It's a great place to live!!
