Management is awesome.

I have lived at mountain shadows for two years. It honestly was the best rental experience ever. The management is really nice and helpful. Its proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and university of Arizona makes it a perfect location for residence. Also, very affordable.

the best management

I have lived in these apartments a few years back, and now I'm moving back. management and crew at these apartments really take care of their tenants, they get everything fixed as fast as they can as well. Mountain Shadows Apartments are the nicest apartments with more space for less money... the landscape and pool are always clean and presentable.

So in love with my apartment

I've lived here for a few years and I figured it was about time that I write a review.. I want to start with my apartment, I'm IN LOVE with the floor plan and the price for my 1 bedroom is great. I looked a lot in the area for an apartment with reasonable prices and still looked like it was taken care of and this is the only one that suited my needs. The owner has done so much for us and kept up with the property. The second thing was the office staff, they were so unbelievably easy to work with… an they went out of their way to help me and they still do that to this day so they don't pretend to like you just so you move in. I've lived here long enough to know this is some place I want to stay a while so if you're looking for a quality property with nice staff and reasonable prices, this is home.

Great place to live

We love living here at mountain shadows we would stay for a lot longer but it jobs took use to another side of town and have to move closer to work. The managers are great and very helpful is very quite and peaceful
