North Hill Park Apartments

This is the worst place to rent in Tucson. I lived there for four years, and I constantly had problems with the air conditioning. The AC units were extremely old, and they never wanted to replace them. They would only send someone to repair them over and over again.

There was also mold under the kitchen sink that was never properly fixed. Instead of repairing it, they simply covered it with a piece of wood. The window frames and the bathrooms were also full of mold. I reported this from the... very first day I moved in, but they told me it was my responsibility to clean it. It is not normal for mold to keep coming back every single day. That is a maintenance issue that management should address at its source.

To make matters worse, when I moved out, I left the apartment in good condition, but they refused to return my security deposit. They kept giving me excuse after excuse. The property manager, Thilda, is not professional at all. I had ongoing problems with her because she refused to return my deposit and tried to charge me for issues they had never repaired in the first place. It took me six months just to get back not even half of my security deposit.

I strongly recommend dealing directly with the property owners instead of the property manager. She is very unprofessional and argues with residents instead of helping them. I would never live there again.

I strongly agree with all the other reviews that hold this place in high regard. It's very clean, plenty of ample assigned and unassigned parking, and the amenities of the pool, fitness room, and laundry are all excellent! It's a very quiet and friendly complex in close vicinity to the shopping center. Our 2 bed 2 bath unit had just undergone a renovation with new vinyl wood flooring and it is gorgeous, easy to clean, and seems to keep the living room much cooler than the carpeted rooms. There... are several other aspects of the unit that look brand new, too.

Lived there for 3 years and enjoyed it. Irma and staff are great friendly helpful .. Beautiful grounds ample parking for friends and assigned parking for tenants. All around highly recommend.

I've lived at these apartments going on a year and haven't had issues. The maintenance staff is a little slow, but always get our requests done. The apartment itself isn't anything special. We rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath for about $750. The grounds are clean and maintained well. Overall I would recommend North Hill Park!
