Management is awful

I lived here for about 2 years, and it kept getting worse and worse. The property is managed by Pro Residential based out of California, and the leasing staff work out of an office in the Retro on Alvernon. Because the company is so large, it is near impossible to work with them. It took them over a month to replace our toilet and several weeks to replace our refrigerator. They also fail to live by their promises and are extremely neglectful of important details and property maintenance. Do not… move here. There are plenty of other better options.
