Disgusting

Don't be lied to by these stupid reviews, the apartment is located right to the train ttacks, and when a train passes by it feels like its coming through your apartment, also the mains street irvington and the cars will be buzzing nonstop in your ear.

As for the pools, in the 2 years ive been here, ive only seen 1, or 2 people swim.

The landlords are as mean as they come. You can be paying rent before due time by 5 days, and the second you slip up, they treaten you with eviction.

This here... community is a freaking joke, in the building i live in, my neighbors have all change about 4-5 times within 1 year, so if this complex was as good as these other reviews claim, why are people breakkng there lease not even a month after renting just to get away from this complex.

Unfortunately i don't have financial capabilities to move as well, so im stuck in this hell hole for the time being.

Perfect Fit

The Complex itself, is well lit at night with friendly night security for the entire parking lot. The lots have covered parking for your vehicles. Every morning there is a landscape crew that maintains the green grass filled grounds. Which also includes plenty of full grown trees that provide shade cover over all the picnic tables through out the Complex. If there are any maintenance issues, I have first hand experience that those are addressed same or next day. With two pools to enjoy during... our Arizona Summers this Complex is a perfect fit for me.
