Very good for price and spacious

I moved in here a month ago & everything has been great. I read reviews & so I decided to post my own. It’s a very pet friendly place. People seem nice who live here, staff is very responsive & so has all of my maintenance requests. Lots of space and I love my upgraded apartment.

LOVE IT!!

Park Place is a great place to live! Everyone is friendly, the grounds are beautiful and the apartments are large and spacious. We have lived here for over a year, and yes sometimes the water gets shut off cuz someone hit a line, but that can happen anywhere. If we have a problem, maintenance is there within 24 hours. I have no complaints!

Most Spacious Apartment

I have lived here for a few years and so far it offers the most space than any of the other complexes I have lived at. The property was bought out a while ago and so far they are making some exterior and interior changes. I ended up going into an upgraded unit with brand new appliances, I love having a full size washer and dryer, its a life saver for Arizona Summers. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants an older property with upgraded features for a lower rate than going further… down Oro Valley.
