I moved in September 2025 and have had nothing but a great experience so far. Management is wonderful—very personable and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within a day and no more than two at the most.

The community is quiet for the most part… sometimes too quiet for me, but it’s peaceful and well kept. The grounds are kept pretty clean, and I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the neighbors I’ve met.

The location is... also a big plus—close to food, shopping, and super convenient for my work at the airport.

This place is horrifically run with a huge focus on making their residents feel unhappy and stressed constantly. The office is genuinely never open when you need to talk to somebody, it’s closed like 5 days a week (they just take days off and close it randomly like today, Tuesday June 2) EVERY time I need assistance they are impossible to contact. I have been using email and phone and trying in person and I’ll just find out the office has been closed for the day when I walk down to it. The... apartments ate disgusting and the treatment by the staff is somehow worse. I HATE living here and with a passion and genuinely hope I can dissuade people from making the same awful mistake I’ve somehow made 3 times in a row. I had a tour of the place and then they told me that I would sign for an identical room to the one i toured. When i moved in the room as much worse than the other one, and there was nothing i could do about it. During the move out they basically charged me for a bunch of pre existing damage too. Just save yourself the money and dont rent here.

No hot water or no A/C? Seriously. If you picked either, this place is for you. They'll shut it off and as much as you want them to turn it on at the time they say they will, they wont. Cockroaches. Not them, the apartment you rent. They're full of all of the friends you could ever want. (No, even if the place is uninhabitable, no money off rent.)

I had a motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. I have been working hard to keep new bike safe. I have asked to move my paid spot to right in front of my bedroom window since 11/7 when bike was stolen. The new manager has zero compassion for the tenants. Would rather wake me from a sick sleep and tell me my 3 planters have to be moved. When I asked again about the spot, I got the same old run around. She is cleaning the place up. What about the fire hazard of all the roofs being full of pine... needles and the eaves packed to overfull of the same pine pine needles.
