Lease termination fees are exorbitant.

If there is any chance of not fullfilling your lease do not move here. 60 days notice plus 2 months rent to terminate early, no excuses. Units are aging, standard kitchen has cheap fridge and stove. Maintenance and staff are very good.

Lovely and Friendly Property

Two of the great things about Sonoran Terraces are the management staff and the maintenance team. This maintenance group is hard to beat. Recently I had a water heater replaced. The assistant manager came to my unit within minutes of my call to get a visual on the problem I described. Shortly after that Carlos came in and started the work and Chad (maintenance) joined him. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. All the team… members are like that. Thank you all!

Apartment complex advertises as "Luxury" but it doesn't have one inch of luxury inside the apartment. They use cheap matetials like the vinyl floor. About 3 months in my lease the "plastic" floor is torn with the dining chairs in which the apartment staff recommneds me fixing so that I don't get charged. I pay $50 dlls to the maintenance team from another complex and they fix it. Now that my lease is over and I leave the apartment the cheap floor is damaged once again, but management doesn't let… me fix it and they charge me $385 dollars to fix about 16 sq ft of cheap plastic flooring. Not even real wood floor would cost that amount. If you love the clubhouse and vegetation of this complex like me, make sure you choose carpet instead of plastic vinyl.

If you would like, we are able to review several… competitive bids for a new vinyl install, as well as show you how we determine the replacement cost. We understand that residents may want to fix damages themselves, but due to the high-quality we ensure for all future move-ins, we only allow repairs to be completed by approved 3rd party vendors or our maintenance team. Sonoran Terraces

Great staff from leasing and office to maintenance. Beautiful views of the sunset, sunrise and mountains. Grounds are expansive for all seasons with heated pool and spa, shelter under the cabanas, outdoor t.v. for a fall football game, fireplace for cool nights (in and out), movie theater and more. Those who live here and stay (some are stayng while house hunting) are friendly and soon become like family.
The units themselves are larger than most with huge bedrooms and master closets and more… space overall than most.
