Summit Ridge

I've lived here for almost 4years. The Office staff is friendly and Professional. Maintenance does its very best to stay on top of their duties. I really enjoy my Studio apartment. It is all that I require. It is my hope that Summit Ridge might remain my Forever home.

This place looks NOTHING like the pictures here. The apartments are old and ugly, There is no air conditioning right now ( they say the “chiller” will be turned on in two weeks) and there are no screens on my windows so I’m sweating profusely since I have a cat and can’t open the windows. They tell us that maintenance is on a “reduced “ schedule and all work orders are backlogged so who knows when that’s getting done. One of my closest doors is broken and so is one of my bathroom vanity drawers.... I took the apartment because they had a two months free rent special but I’m regretting it. Almost forgot…some of the residents are so trashy that they don’t pick up after their dogs. It’s disgusting. If the slumlord needs to lie this much about the appearance of the grounds and the units it’s going to be bad. I wish I hadn’t signed a 12 month lease. Read More

I don't know how this apartment got such high reviews but that's a lie! If you enjoy TERRIBLE management, roaches all over your apartment, and crack heads/ homeless people hanging out by your window then by all means please this is the place for you. Avoid all Dasmen Residential properties they operate their properties like slums and could care less about the tenants and their well being. Lets not forget, if you sign up now your rent will increase $100 because they're installing new smart door... knobs because that will TOTALLY stop someone from breaking into your apartment because that happens often. If you decide to move in you will get sass from the staff about your issues within your apartment, a different bug walking in your apartment each day, the apartment being 90 degrees when it’s 75 out, dog poop everywhere buildings falling down swamp coolers leaking just don’t

The apartments are falling apart, maintenance tries to keep up with the work orders but they are plentiful! Currently two apartments next to me are flooded,I am terrified that mine is next! My packages have also been stolen!
