Sunrise Ridge

I selected Sunrise Ridge Apartments because of the location and amenities. I recently retired and with a fixed income, I needed value as well as quality. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and has vaulted ceilings with windows that let in light that make the apartment bright and cheery! And the apartment has lots of closet and storage space, a large bedroom and a large balcony, where I can sit and enjoy the day. I will start out with a couple of not so goods. Parking is a little hard to find late at night. can find it but can be a walk. the spaces are decently wide so it cuts down on door dings. The grounds where i am at are dirt, no trees to speak of. The grounds near the rental office and pool are lavish. Not where i am at--a little dreary to drive in. They should try to do something to help aesthetics.

My apartment is meticulously maintained for it's age. Drywall is good, doors to closets… new, flooring (carpet and wood-laminant) very good. The over all vibe is great. Amazing views, huge porch, storage coset. Galley kitchen is tiny but I understand. Office is sweet, responsive and all over maintenance. Utilities included because of the heating/cooling. They have the "chiller" which is a communal evaporative cooler. Can get real damp when I leave it on so I turn it off whenever I can. I come home and there is a tiny bit of an exhaust odor when I leave the cooling off. Being up high and with single pane sliders that are huge and work well--i open up for fresh air at night. The people that live there are upscale for apartment dwellers and respectful. Night watchman cuts down on car possession theft.

LOCATION AMAZING--for me cuz I love sabino and Swan and Sunrise are the best for getting around this part of town. Nice pool--vibe. Read More

Home. Just the word itself conjures up feelings of comfort, security, and belonging. Although I live in a one bedroom apartment, it is my home, and I am blessed to experience all of those feelings every day. Morning light streams in from the windows near the top of my vaulted ceiling, and the spectacular view of the Catalina Mountains and stunning sunsets from my balcony showcase nature at her finest. Sunrise Ridge seems to be a real nice place to live in. The atmosphere is fine and the staff is very kind and ready to help ... I understand this apartment is really good and well maintained, but it seems to require too many paperworks for application review. It was more diificult for me as a visiting scholar to prepare the paperworks for this apartment than for my visa application. But I still like this place and people in Sunrise Ridge. I strongly recommend this aparyment!
