Health Hazard / Horrible maintenance and management .

Given an apartment not ready for move in . Had no choice but to accept it because we needed a home since our contract with the previous apartments ended . You’ll get the run around for any maintenance ( can take weeks or even a month ) , will definitely be calling 50+ times because they don’t truly care for the living situations they just want resident's, health hazard ( mold and roach infested ) , old/used appliances. 100% wouldn’t recommend to NOBODY.

I moved into this apartment during a really difficult time in my life, unsure of what to expect or how things would unfold. What I found here was more than just a place to live—it was a quiet refuge, a fresh start. The apartment itself is warm and inviting, but what truly made the difference was the management team. They were kind, patient, and incredibly supportive from day one. Every question I had was answered with care, and any issue was resolved quickly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find... that level of human kindness in property management. This place gave me the stability I needed when I needed it most, and for that, I’ll always be thankful.
