Not "luxury" but still very good
This complex is advertised as luxury apartments, I guess that can be open to interpretation. The building was built in the 1970's and you can tell. The cabinets are original, there are popcorn ceilings, laminate? countertops, gaudy hardware. BUT they are very spacious with tons of closet space, they are very well maintained, the walls are thick and I feel very safe here. The manager lives on site, the maintenance guy is nice and helpful as well as the other staff. There is a pool that is heated,... a huge nice jacazzi, and a gas grill. There are 2 sets of coin washers and dryers on each floor which is plenty. It is a controlled access complex and everyone has an assigned parking spot. If you get lucky and get a unit on the third or fourth floor, the views are great. The complex has a large number of 60 so it is generally quiet and safe. Rent is a little higher than other complexes but I dont mind paying extra for the benefits. Currently, rent includes extended cable so that helps. The location is close to a mall, hopital, tons of restaurants, bus stops, and in a good neighborhood. There are 1-3 bedroom units. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I wish the finshes were nicer/updated. Overall, I love it here, no problems, excellent staff, clean common areas.
