Will have you living in squalor for top dollar!

My disabled Grandmother has lived in these apartments through several changes in ownership by now. This newest company is somehow possibly the worst. Her building and others have had a mice and roach infestation for literally years. Every single time she requests help they just send somebody to lay down traps and never resolve the issue. There are MAJOR plumbing issues here and she is CONSTANTLY left without any water or without hot water for days with no notice. She needs to move because it is... unacceptable to live in these conditions now with a 3rd owner who still refuses to do anything. She was told previously.she could vacate her lease for one months rent because of the issues she has experienced and now they are wanting to charge her an arm and a leg in extra fees. I am currently in the process of reporting this company to adult protective services, the BBB, and the health department and looking for a lawyer. Do not move here and do not let your loved ones live here. I am absolutely disgusted by their treatment of my grandmother.

Water gets turned off every week , property manger is unreasonable and are unprofessional. You’ll get evicted over anything lol

I love my new home

Great staff. I spoke with Noah and he helped me every step of the way. The property manager Angela made sure the apartment was exactly to my liking. She walked the apartment with me and I listed a couple things I wanted changed. It was immediately addressed. Prompt. I love my new apartment.

Worst experience I’ve ever had

Horrible experience, tried moving in twice in the same year and both times had the same issue. Move in dates kept getting switched last second on day of move in and still was unable to get any help and couldn’t move in. While waiting in the office we encountered other people moving in having the same issues.
