Apartment review

The staff made my onboarding process for my new apartment incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were quick to respond, answered all of my questions clearly, and kept everything moving efficiently. I especially appreciated their honesty—they let me know I didn’t need a co-signer after all when I thought that I did, and even refunded my extra application fee. Overall, they were very helpful and truly went the extra mile.

Great experience

I had a great experience with the whole process.
Everyone I talked to was very helpful, kind, and made everything go smoothly. They answered all my questions and made applying and getting everything set up really easy. The unit itself is really nice and I'm excited to move in. I appreciate how welcoming and helpful the staff has been throughout the process!

Will have you living in squalor for top dollar!

My disabled Grandmother has lived in these apartments through several changes in ownership by now. This newest company is somehow possibly the worst. Her building and others have had a mice and roach infestation for literally years. Every single time she requests help they just send somebody to lay down traps and never resolve the issue. There are MAJOR plumbing issues here and she is CONSTANTLY left without any water or without hot water for days with no notice. She needs to move because it is… unacceptable to live in these conditions now with a 3rd owner who still refuses to do anything. She was told previously.she could vacate her lease for one months rent because of the issues she has experienced and now they are wanting to charge her an arm and a leg in extra fees. I am currently in the process of reporting this company to adult protective services, the BBB, and the health department and looking for a lawyer. Do not move here and do not let your loved ones live here. I am absolutely disgusted by their treatment of my grandmother.

Water gets turned off every week , property manger is unreasonable and are unprofessional. You’ll get evicted over anything lol
