Cielo Verde Apartments LLC is the next chapter in the Cielo Verde story that began more than 20 years ago. The design objective of the Cielo Verde communities is to give residents more flexibility in their life-style choices and make neighborhoods... more livable, while increasing access to pedestrian activities close to home. The Cielo Verde Apartments complement well our existing nearby neighborhoods that offer a wide range of architectural design and housing types. The complex has 149-units that are a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom unfurnished apartments and one 2-bedroom furnished corporate suite in 15 separate two-story buildings. Each unit will have a stainless-steel appliance package including refrigerator, range, range hood, dishwasher, optional countertop microwave and a stackable washer and dryer combo. Each apartment has its own modern climate control for air conditioning and heat, and hot water tank. Full length front Glass Doors and Wall panels will let in an abundance of natural light. Each Patio or Balcony has sliding glass doors. ADA-compliant units have variations of the doors and appliances to meet the regulations that cover those type of apartments.
Our security deposit is $600 and each tenant will pay for water, sewer and trash collection via a monthly RUBS fee that is based on apartment size. All tenants are required to have $100,000 liability insurance at $15/month for the unit on our master policy unless they show proof of this insurance in their name. The tenant is required to pay for electricity and any internet / cable service.

i really like the area it’s close to everything you need and apartments are new so we enjoyed our living space. probably the best apartments in yuma now. any issues we had we communicated with the landlord Ericka she’s very involved and takes care of the community :) can’t say we had any issues here we enjoyed our time living here

I loved living here! The apartments are beautiful, I especially liked the balconies. What makes this place truly amazing however is the management. Ericka is wonderful and helped me when I suddenly had to move out. She is quick to respond to questions and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone these apartments!

10/10 – The apartments are stunning inside. One thing I love is that each unit has its own washer and dryer, which is incredibly convenient. Each unit also comes with one assigned parking spot, but there are additional vacant spots available for use, plus street parking nearby. The community is peaceful and well-kept, making it a great place to call home. The management is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. I work long hours, and Ericka was incredibly... thoughtful, keeping an eye out for my furniture delivery and packages. The maintenance team is top-notch—quick to address any issues and always professional. I feel safe and taken care of here, and I highly recommend renting this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Been living here over a year. Very nice complex. I did my homework prior to moving. The AC works great and the apartment is energy efficient, which saves on electricity. I’m upstairs too! Mgmt is very courteous and I’ve not had any issues here. I feel safe to walk around at night in complex to stretch. I work from home so I’m here most of the time. Plenty of extra parking for guests if needed. Complex is quiet and well kept. I did a lot of research prior to moving from out of state.... Hands down. Best complex
