Best maintenance in Town

Alfonzo is a very hard working maintenance man. He was very polite and made sure my dishwasher was back to working conditions and made sure no mess was left behind!

Loved it!

I lived here for about half a year and I could honestly say I loved it! Everyone is very respectful! The management here has always been on top of it and was helpful when we needed it. thank you so much for such a great experience as my first apartment !

Love it here!

Moved in a month ago after doing a ton of apartment shopping. Some think bigger is better, but the quality of my remodeled apartment is perfect! Staff is friendly and so helpful, too.

Love my new home!

Looked at so many apartment complexes in Yuma, and found that this place is reasonably priced, in the middle of town so everything is literally just 5 minutes away, and staff is so helpful and genuinely care.

perfect location

I love my apartment at El Encanto. There is just enough space and the location is perfect for me. It's cental to all of my family, I can get anywhere pretty quick and bonus points for being so close to Chile Pepper and The Crossing! I love being able to relax by the gorgeous pool with friends and relax on my days off. Love living here!
