I love how the employees look after your every need. Lawn care every week. Pest control every month. Inspection of A/C, smoke detector, plumbing and ask if there's anything that I am having a problem with in the apartment every month. The common areas are kept spotless. More than enough machines in the laundry room. Patios are large and private. The pool area is kept immaculate and there's a BBQ area inside as well. All of the common areas are key operated so only residents have access. Basic... cable is also included. Enclosed doggie park area and pet waste dispensers everywhere. Very good neighborhood, very respectful people in the community and the workers are great. Maintenance is a little slow.

After visiting a dozen apartment complexes in Yuma, this was the obvious choice. The units are bigger than most others, office staff is wonderful, grounds are clean, free covered parking, and great service. The units are older, but well maintained and lease specials made it a great value.
