Horrible Management
I lived here for 7 years, I was happy living here and the property management team use to be great. However this past year 2024 onward, the property managers are HORRIFIC and I can no longer live here. These NOTICE TYRANTS continuously harass tenants with rules and what they are doing incorrectly. They have no compassion and zero compromise if you try to work with them on an issue. They take pride in citing breach of tenancy and issue evictions, especially older tenants so they can... renovate their suite and charge more rent. Constant plumbing issues and frequent water shutdowns. Also, there is an ongoing pest issue in the suites(bedbugs and other insects). There is no accessibility for folks in wheelchairs/walkers and not even a brick to pry a door open. Living here is stressful and it is managed military-like. Even on my move out notice and before I moved out, constant notices of coming in to measure things and prep for renovation and I’m still packing. RUDE, no consideration. They also charge monthly rent on parking(increases yearly) and no visitor parking(use to be allowed but taken away). If you also park incorrectly in the wrong spot, expect to get your vehicle vandalized with a notice sticker blocking the drivers view. Used to be able to bring guests to the outdoor pool(no longer). Used to be able to use the party room with deposit(now you pay). Just horrible/mean building management now. I’m so glad to be out of here. I’ve written a letter to RealStar HQ with my experience and all I got was a “sorry for your experience “. For the high rent tenants pay, we deserve more compassion and respect. Beyond the Horizon is a living hell.
