Stuck between a rock and a hard place

Black mold, single pane windows without screens that let all manner of water/ice in all winter, terrible management that doesn't adequately address the concerns of residents, frequent power/water(!!) outages, no accessibility for those with mobility issues (exacerbated by the frequent elevator outages...REALLY) and absolutely zero communication from the parent company/owners. They're lucky that Burnaby is so overpriced already or they'd be run out of town on a rail. A health hazard but we can't... afford to live anywhere else. Cool.
