This home features six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, en-suite bathrooms for five bedrooms, and a full open-concept entertainer's kitchen with a full island and open-concept dining area.
Bike storage is available for guests staying longer than 28 days with additional fees and permission given ahead of time. Please inquire before booking, along with the detailed information about the number of bikes and approximate size of bikes.
There is absolutely no smoking inside the house or in the outside areas. Smoking is prohibited within 6 meters of any entrance, window, or a building air intake according to provincial bylaws, and if caught, you will be subjected to a $200 fine per infraction. No parties or loud noise are allowed after 10 pm, and a $1000 fine will be charged for each violation of the no party rules or noise complaints from the neighbors. No animals are allowed, and if any animals are reported or found at the property, a $550 detailing cleaning fee will be charged. A missing front door key will result in a $60 replacement fee. An additional $50 fee may apply for kitchen clean-up. The city of Delta fines $250 to $500 per offense of not putting appropriate waste in the proper bins, and if incurred, this fine will be forwarded to you. If you stay past your check-out time of 11:00 am without permission, that is considered an unauthorized late check-out, or an overstay, and a fee of $75 per 30 minutes will be charged. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
Please no shoes in the house, and respect the space like it is your own. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house, this will keep your own belongings secure. Please also lock doors and 1st floor windows at night. No candles. Please treat the place with respect: Please don’t burn down the house, Please don't eat drippy/staining food at the table, Please don't flush anything down the toilet that doesn't belong there, toilet paper only. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals at the dining table. Any stains on the couch or bed linens will be reported by our cleaning team and special rush cleaning fees of up to $400 per stained area will be forwarded to you. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Please keep a close eye on children near windows on the 2nd floor. Illegal downloads are forbidden. If you’re found guilty, government fines can run about $5000 per movie, and these fines will be passed on to you. We have 3 parking spots in the front parking area. We are located off a busy street and backing out of our parking spots can prove to be tricky sometimes. Please ensure there are confident drivers in your group, and understand that during rush hour it could take some maneuvering and patience to back out of the parking area onto a busy street. When checking out, please ensure that you have cleared the fridge of your items, have run your dishes in the dishwasher, and taken the garbage and recycling out. If you dispose of items in the garbage area that don't belong there, city bylaw infraction fees will be forwarded to you. Garbage & Recycling: Please follow the city guidelines posted in the kitchen. Generally: Blue Bin - Plastics, Grey Bin - Glass, Yellow Plastic Bag - Paper Products, Large Green Compost Bin - Food Waste, Large Black Bin - Garbage. The City of Delta helps enforce this by having Garbage pick-up service only every 2 weeks, while our Recycling and Compost pick-up service comes EVERY week. Please help us by recycling containers, paper, and glass in the appropriate bins outside so they can be removed weekly. Without your help, our garbage bin overflows quickly. Guests will be requested to takeout the garbage on collection day. To ensure smooth operations, we'll provide a gentle reminder the evening before. Please note, a fee may apply for unattended items. For the safety of our home and all guests, we require the following before releasing check-in details: 1) Signed rental agreement, 2) Completed online check-in form, 3) Government-issued photo ID + live selfie.
