A surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and guests could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations, with construction crews on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit.
