A surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and guests could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations, with construction crews on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.
