A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. A minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 may be issued if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations, and construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. [SI]
