The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and ample storage. The en-suite bathroom includes a full four-piece bath with a tub, and all necessary toiletries and plush towels are provided. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and there is an additional secondary bathroom for guest use. The living room features a large, comfortable couch, a TV for entertainment, and an additional lounge chair. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
Guests have access to underground parking (one spot per unit) and outside parking. A personal ski/snowboard locker is available for storage in the underground parkade.
Silver Rock is a condominium complex in the picturesque mountain town of Fernie, British Columbia, Canada, known for its outdoor recreational opportunities. Situated in the East Kootenay region, Fernie offers beautiful mountain scenery and is a short drive from Fernie Alpine Resort, a top ski destination. The town of Fernie, just a short drive away, offers dining, shops, art galleries, and cultural attractions. The area is ideal for year-round outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and golfing.
Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours due to renovations in the hot tub area. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations with an unknown completion date. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am, with a $200 minimum fine for complaints to the strata. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets or parties are allowed. Sports equipment, bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. A minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. You will need a vehicle to get to the property. Guests may need to bring their own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one.
For those working remotely, settle in at the full-sized kitchen table and plug away.
